It’s too darn windy to garden. Instead we’ve been making soap with homemade lye and our own olive oil! Can’t wait to see if it works. Also project sauerkraut is bubbling along nicely. I love composting. I love that we don’t have to throw any food away (well apart from the occasional cooked bone).
