The Amazon Kindle Tablet is like nothing else that we have seen. The low price makes it just about the only option for anyone looking to buy a Tablet. The size is 7 inch but it sure packs a lot in to it. A full touch screen in high quality color. We can read color books and magazines using the Kindle reader app.
There are also an endless number of other apps, both free and paid for as well as a free paid app a day too. The Amazon Kindle tablet also allows for direct streaming of movies and music or we can download. And with 100, 000 movies and 11 million songs to choose from we are not short of options!

It does not end there though. We are also able to surf the Web very quickly thanks to the new Silk browser too. We can also import our email accounts so we can read on the Kindle Fire too. It really is about the best Tablet there is and as it is integrated to Amazon it is certainly the easiest to use for those that want to also use to read Kindle books, but this time in color!

With the Amazon App Store now open for business, and not without some controversy too, it leads to the question, when will there be an Amazon Kindle Tablet? Will we get a Kindle Tab or won’t we?

It seems that the answer is “who knows”?

But it really does seem likely. When the Kindle was first brought out it was well ahead of its time and with an imminent release of a new color Kindle we have to wonder just what else Amazon have up their sleeve. There is certainly not a lot of money in the apps market but if Amazon have their own Kindle Tablet that would be a whole different matter. With apple having a 70% plus share of the tablet market it would certainly be interesting to see how this would change of Amazon do bring out a Kindle tablet.

We have already speculated about the Kindle Touch but maybe this is actually going to be an Amazon Kindle tablet?

It would certainly introduce some competition in to the tablet market if Amazon do give us a release to rival the iPad 2. With over a million copies sold in its first weekend of release there is certainly plenty of call for innovative tablets.

With Amazon giving away free video on demand streaming to all its Amazon prime members there would certainly be a lot of interest in having this facility on an Amazon Kindle Tablet. Free video on demand for Prime members would certainly be encouragement enough for people to buy the Kindle tablet.

But just as with the possibility of a color Kindle and a Kindle touch we will simply have to wait and see.
