Things to do in March
- Buy ready chitted potatoes if you didn’t chit your own in January.
- Probably need to start watering more regularly especially all those seedlings! Keep an eye on things, drought can ruin your crop at the nursery stage.
- Make some romesco sauce to eat with your calçots. Then invite some friends around for you own calçotada
Every year varies according to the weather and what we feel like trying / repeating. and so I will keep updating the list if things change.
