They are coming in and out of stock on the high street but it is very hit and miss.
I think it is sad that companies and people are buying these toys from walmart and toys R us and whatever other stores sells them and then they double or triple the price just because kids will want them for christmas some single parents that don’t have alot of money like myself try to get their children what they want for christmas but can’t because people and companies like yourself are taking advantage of the christmas holiday. I really feel sad for my children when they wake up christmas morning and they see they didn’t get what they asked santa for. I hope the people and companies that do this would be able to see the pain in the parents eyes when there child has the disapointed and sad look on their face, and the children are thinking santa didn’t give me what i wanted for christmas they are probally thinking they weren’t good enough this year. So I hope whoever does this wakes up every morning knowing they are bringing sadness to a lot of childrens lives especially my 2 children.

I think you need to take a different perspective. I do agree it is unfortunate that people have put up prices as they are so popular but the problem is that there simply are not enough of them being produced for the prices to stay low. As they are hardly ever in stock anywhere people are going to charge more for them. They are only being sold at prices people are willing to pay, that is the way of the world whether we like it or not.
I personally think that any parent who thinks that they are too high in price should simply not buy them. They are, after all, just a toy. You should not let the pressure from your children make you spend money that you do not have. Get them something else that you can afford. It is just one toy, and you always buy something else. I understand that children do not really know about the cost of things but maybe you can simply explain that Santa ran out of zhu zhu pets but got them something wonderful instead. Take a look at all the amazing cheap kids toys here. There are lots in the under $10 or $20 price ranges that kids love. Oh, and the zhu pets are still $20 or so from lots of third party sellers if you follow the links in the post. Please do not try to make people feel bad who wish to buy them, but I am sorry that the prices have risen. It is nothing to do with me though. You will note that if high street stores like toysrus cannot even get stock then people are naturally going to ask a little more for them. This is the way of the world but only because we allow it to be that way.

As Cindy said they are about double that now and rising every day. It is the supply and demand problem of course. The rarer something is the more they will cost. I know that parents want them to still be cheap but by Christmas I think they will be very expensive indeed. I think people should buy sooner rather than later or they may not be able to afford them at all.
As you say, the kids do love them though. It is a tough decision for all parents. I know my Mum really struggled when I was young to afford Christmas time. I wish I could control the price of the zhu zhu hamsters but I cannot. If it was up to me they would still all be $10 but they still seem like a good buy at the moment (Nov 6) but I can’t see it lasting. Some people are already paying $30 so I don’t know how much they will be in a few more weeks. Who knows, they may go down in price , but only if massive numbers more are produced and I don’t think it is going to happen.

I think that Cindy is absolutely correct. These hamsters still sell for 8.00 in WalMart and 7.98 at Target. The problem is that people come in and buy 20 of them and then post them on Amazon and E-bay starting at $36.00. It’s not that her children are asking for something out of her price range, it is that people are greedy and know parents will do whatever they can afford to get the toys for their kids.
I read an article in one of the national newspapers today that said there are plenty of these toys to be had, but that the retailers have been hesitant to purchase too many toys this year with the economy in such bad shape.
The bottom line is that these people are no better than ticket scalpers at a concert. It should be illegal to sell something for more than the suggested retail price.

please someone help….my husband was hurt in a horrible auto accident in dec 2008. with many surgeries and brain injury we can’t afford the prices everyone is asking for the zhu zhu pets. I have a 4 year granddaughter and that is all she asking grammy and papi to get her. We have tried walmart where the zhu zhu pet is only $5 and the the car and wheel is very affordable. If ANYONE has any they are willing to sale at a price we would APPRECIATE it so much. You can just buy the kids a gift card for 10.00 and leave it from Santa saying they ran out of zhu zhu pets but can go get one with this when they are back in stock…..which they will be. That is what I am going to do. Remember tickle me elmo and a wii. You can find both of those now. The zhu zhu pets will be in the stores after christmas and you can buy all 4 for the price of one right now.
They are easy to find I have 3 sets of all four hampsters, and two play houses, I went to target at 10am the other day they had 12 pets a 2 houses so I bought them all even with the limit enforced they still sold thwm now my niece can have a set and I will sell the other sets its not as hard to find them if you just ask around at your local stores!
People who buy these hamsters and then sell them at a 500% markup on other web sites is nothing short of — usery. The next time you have to buy something that is marked up sky high, and complain—don’t complain too loud as you ought to be ashamed of yourselves; all of you, because you’ve done the very same thing for your own gain. I really don’t thing supply and demand is the entire issue here. I totally agree that there is a shortage – the whole supply and demand thing. But the other side of the coin are the people who end up living at Shopko, or Walmart, or wherever, and buy the whole shipment so that they can make sure there arent any and up the price. Personally, I would rather see Walmart double or triple the price and see what average consumers are willing to pay from a typical retailer. This seems are more accurate representation of supply and demand. Not people who make themselves the middle men, cause a portion of the shortage problem, and then benefit from causing others a little Chrismas grief!!!

I agree with Cindy, I too am a single mom and can’t pay the high prices for the zhu zhu hamsters. I think it is crazy how much people are paying for these things. I have been picking up the accessories in the store as I find them, but have had no luck with the hamsters. I will keep looking, but I’m not looking forward to finding them before Christmas. If I don’t I also will have disappointed children on Christmas, but I will get them as soon as they are back in the stores. It’s pretty sad when you can buy a real hamster cheaper than the toys!

I agree with Cindy. I think that it is ridiculous that adults (many of whom do not even have children) would go out and buy every one that they see and sale them at an almost 80% mark-up. I do not care what anyone else says, that is taking advantage of parents wanting to give their chid what they want for Christmas. I can afford the ridiculously marked-up price, but I take offense to comments made to Cindy that if she couldn’t afford the theiving prices offered, she should look for something in her price range!?! Self-righteous. One would suspect that, perhaps, these are the very people benefitting from the misfortune and disappointment of children.

I realize the prices are high. The problem I have is people only buying them to re-sell and not to use as a gift for their children or grandchildren. Leave them on the shelves so people can by them at face value instead of paying outrageous amounts for them.

Look, please understand that when I wrote this post and provided the links to Amazon the Zhu zhu pets were selling for $14 or so. It is not anything to do with me that the prices keep on rising and rising. Some are now selling for as much as $60 but this is not my fault.
I really am getting rather upset with all the abuse from people coming here. You should see some of the comments I get but could not publish. If the stores cannot get hem then third party sellers are asking what they feel people will pay. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT. I simply provided people with information on the only place that they were available.
I really am getting upset that people are calling me names and abusing me. I am nothing to do with the prices. There are 220,000 zhu zhu pets arriving EACH DAY in the US but they are still being sold off the shelves immediately. I simply know of nowhere that you can realistically get them at the original price.
As some people seem to think I am some kind of evil person for writing about them, I am not. Please do not be so rude to me. Just because you cannot see me it does not mean that I do not have feelings too. I am a person, not just a website owner.
The bottom line is that if larger shipments come in from the makers then the price will go right down. It is the fact that all the toy stores only made small initial orders which meant that the factories only made small orders. Now all that has changed and the owner of Cepia spent months just recently at the factories to boost production. I honestly do not know if they will be cheaper before Christmas. You can take a look at The Kids Toy Store where the owner writes about lots of cheap toys but I am afraid that the Zhu Zhu pets may rise in price unless many more are imported.
I feel I have been fair by letting these comments be published but for anyone who comments in the future please be a little more aware that I am a person as well. I apologise to Cindy if my comment came out as self-righteous, it was not my intent. I know children do not understand about money.
I wish I could tell you all that they will be cheap if you hang on a little longer but so far this does not look very likely. The fact that they are sold out everywhere is why the prices are so high. Even though 3rd party sellers are buying them up and selling them for more — that’s what the public is willing to pay. It IS supply and demand. If they weren’t hot and highly in demand, people wouldn’t be willing to pay the prices.
Since these are the hottest selling toys at both eBay and Amazon despite the high prices, that is what the market will bear. Yelling at this website owner will do nothing to change that.

Your children do not NEED these pets, and there is no reason to get upset if you’re unable to afford them this year. Simply find a toy you are able to afford, and move on.
If not having a Zhu Zhu Pet hamster under the tree is going to cause the tears to run down your children’s faces, then there are bigger issues at work than 3rd party sellers taking advantage of a hot market.

Today was the first day I even heard of Zhu Zhu Pets. I’m an Ebay seller and you better believe that if I came across some, I would buy all I could to sell. All you people complaining would probably do the same thing if you came across a ton of them. I have a full time job, a flea market booth on the weekends, and I sell on Ebay. I do whatever it takes to make ends meet and take care of my family. No guilt here. I hope I find some.

I’ve been reading the comments here. I thought I’d lend perspective as a retailer. I should tell you that I am also a authorized dealer for the 2010 Zhu Zhu Pets. Yes, there are many retailers taking advantage of the shortage of this years pets. I should also tell you that the prices will probably only increase, as this years pets will be retired.
You’ll find disparity in the cost of the pets for a couple of reasons. Chain stores like Walmart and ToysRus sell the pets for a cheaper price, because they buy huge bulk lots that cost them much less to purchase than it costs me. If I sold the pet for $10.00, I would actually be losing money. The other reason, which I find shameful is greed; and, as mentioned before, supply and demand.

I am commenting on the earlier post about the Furbie Frenzy. No stores in my area had enough and all the kids wanted them. At the time I worked in a factory, my kids were grown, and one fellow I knew paid at least 150.00 for one so his little one wasn’t disappointed. I at the time was clueless, hadn’t even heard of them!
When I did get to see one, as I guess it was my introduction to high tech toys, it sort of creeped me out. Not for long though, and once the craze slowed down, and the prices were way down I got one and they are adorable. Even cuter was the Shelby. People that buy and then raise the prices are greedy and have no consience about taking advantage of people or disappointing little ones. We also have a very bad habit of spoiling our little ones way too much. Even young children need to learn lifes lessons, though we don’t want to be the ones that teach them.
Let’s all ban that stupid pets toys with stupid name zhu zhu was designed by chinese. I don’t understand why people kept buying chinese products once they’ve heard a lot of unsafety items made by chinese. People are crazy about it, no matter how much it cost to standing in line hours after hours for 1 stupid toys, then………….later, somebody will announce, zhu zhu is dangerous for kids. wake up guys, help our economy, not chinese economy and don’t trust them.
In early October I bought 2 Hampsters ($8.00 a piece) and the Fun House ($24.95)for my Grandaughters birthday. Her cousins, my 2 grandsons age 2 & 4, squealed with delight as they watched the Hampsters in action. I decided right then that I would get the boys the exact same thing for Christmas. Well, guess what? No way!
I cannot find them anywhere. All I see are the empty shelves where they are supposed to be.
The greedy people that buy these up and want you to pay $60 bucks for something that they paid $8, will get there’s in the end. People like that always do. What goes around comes around.
And, I decided I will never buy anything on Amazon or Ebay again, because they allow this type of crap to happen.
Even people that can afford to pay those ridiculous prices, shouldn’t! That might put a stop to the whole racket.

These Zhu Zhu pets are amazing this year. I was over at Toys R Us on black friday, and they had a pretty big supply of them.. People are going crazy over them!
It is soooo sad people are putting the focus on material things this Christmas. Maybe People should teach their young ones the realy meaning of Christmas. As an adult it does make you happy to put a smile on your kids face…but spoiling them is not showing them LOVE! It is only setting them up for disapointment when they get into the real world…and that is going to be the real heart breaker for them. No one likes to see sad kids on Christmas, but if their mind was not all about material things and having everything they want…they wouldn’t be so disapointed when they don’t get their way.
Andy they are designed by an American from a small toy company. They are not designed by the Chinese. It is an American company that makes the profits. They are being made in China as are almost all toys you could ever buy but the profit from the sales of zhu zhu pets will do nothing but help the US economy. The company is called Cepia which was a small toy company until the massive interest in the zhu zhu pets.
Randi has a good idea about the gift certificate from Santa to buy these after the madness has runs down. I blame the stores. If they can limit you to two cans of pumpkins then they can do the same with these toys. It’s NOT supply and demand. Check out how many are listed on ebay. Some lots selling for $7000.00.

There is something to be said for buying online I guess. I know the price for the zhu zhu pets is high though but you can see why. People acting like in the video is crazy. What do you think?
The people who are buying out Target and Toys R Us of these hamsters should be ashamed of themselves. These are little kids we’re talking about. This is a $10 toy that most parents could afford if their kids want them. It’s one thing to try and make a profit off of a Play Station 3…because they sell at $300 dollars and most people can’t afford to buy those in bulk and sell them online for double the retail price. It’s horribly wrong, in the economy being in the state it is currently in, to rob little kids AND their parents of being able to afford a toy their child/children genuinely want. It’s all greed, and I’m disgusted every time I look on eBay and see these hamsters selling for $200 and up. I hope those who make this ridiculous profit off of this toy are happy with themselves.
I have been reading a lot of posts on this website and wasn’t sure if I should share my opinion but what the heck…. I also have two kids who want these things. While I am hopeful to find two before Christmas I am not holding my breath. I don’t want to disappoint my kids,
but I am not paying double for a toy. I read where someone wrote that kids shouldn’t cry about not getting them; while I hope I have raised my kids (5 & 12) not to put so much emotion into gifts and that gifts are NOT the point of Christmas the reality of it is that as kids, things are mire important to them. I don’t expect them have them reasoning that I do. I understand the greed of the world we live in so I know that people will take advantage and sell them for really high prices. I don’t agree with it. Unfortunatly, as long as people buy them; people will sell them like that. For me, it’s not about spending the $60 for one, it’s that my kids would less and in the end I bought a $9 toy for $60. Hopefully, if I can’t get them my kids will be happy with what they did get and not even realize that the zhu zhu pets weren’t there. I hope they won’t be sad. I can’t fix that though and I know as a parent that is just something that I have to deal with. I expect at 5 that to him; the zhu zhu pet is the world.

The prices have gone up so much because the items are harder to get. It is really simple supply and demand issues.
Just an FYI…the zhu zhu pets are being sold at Hallmark stores also. I’m not sure if many people know this. They put me on a waiting list, which I figured was better than nothing. Check for your local Hallmark store online and give them a call. They were very nice and polite and added me to the list…which I am sure other stores are not doing. Hope this info helps!!

Toys R Us are getting them in often, they had them online a few days ago. Best bet is to call your local Toys R Us / Walmart.
I bought them at the local pharmacy and I bought all of them. Not my fault that I was at the right place at the right time. I sold 3 sets my first weekend and made my money back in a flash. Now its all profit and this is good cuz times are tough and a way to make extra $$ is what the american dream is all about, plus my son deserves a great christmas with all the profits….HO HO HO…all the way to the bank.
I bought a zhu zhu pet on ebay paid 27 for it yesterday! Don’t think it that much money compared to the much more expensive toys kids want like the wii and nintendo ds! I think that we all should be happy our kids want something that is not hundreds of dollars like they often ask for! So be greatful and have a merry x mas!
Wait until a week after christmas and they will be $8-10. I told my granddaughter that Santa can’t make enough of them and he did not get to her name on the list so he said to look in the stores after Christmas and we would be able to get her one then. She is only 4 and understands that Santa can’t give you everything and is willing to wait.
The manufacturer of these are producing 100,00 per day. They are being horded by importers and sold at inflated prices. I will not buy into this overpricing. If everyone else would stop feeding into this frenzy these people would be forced to sell them at value. I really hope they get stuck with thousands they can’t sell.

I did this with some hesitation at first, but finally got an email on Friday night saying they’d be released at 3:00PM the next day. I got to Toy R Us at 2:00 and there were only 10 people in line. They have restrictions – 1 per person and 1 per family, so if you’re there with a spouse or child they will only give you one ticket. I stood in the front of the line and hubby stayed a few people back. Put a little effort in and you can pay regular price.

Wow! this is amazing! I had to do a search to figure out what Zhu Zhu Pets are. I don’t watch TV so am immune. Do any of you young ladies remember Cabbage Patch Dolls? Did you beg your moms for one? That was 25 years ago at least. My daughter, 32, was around 7-8 when the craze hit. it took us two years before the price came down enough that we could afford one. They ran in the $30 range. She was happy when she got one, and didn’t complain (that I remember) before that.
These hamsters seem like such a stupid toy–kind-a like Pet Rocks.
Get your kid something worthwhile. Maybe a book from an independent bookstore.

I got a white hamster (Chunk) at Toys R Us website for $10. I’m still looking for accessories for my 5 year old daughter. I’m not willing to pay extra money for the accessories. Ebay, Amazon, and other websites are a rip off! I hate to see people trying to buy these Zhu Zhu Pets & accessories when they are at a descent price and trying to make a profit out of it. I don’t think that selling or buying a zhu zhu should be such a big deal the last time you bouhgt a car or your house how much money did the person that sold it to you make think about that when you thinking how much of a ripoff selling a toy for $36.00 when the seller only paid about $10.00 you have the choice to buy the toy when it comes to you house or car do you realy have a choice in the matter I need my car to go to work and I need a place to live.

I just have to comment on this blog, I understand what you are all saying, and you really shouldn’t be angry with some of the sellers of the zhu zhu pets. Some of us are barely surviving and I’m among them. I’m 66 and disabled, and am only receiving $780 SS a month to live on. I can’t afford to pay my bills unless I can make a decent living, and you KNOW no one is going to hire an older disabled person. It just doesn’t happen.
I took half of my savings and bought zhu zhu’s and I will be at the Gibraltar Trade Center until Christmas Eve. I had to pay $30 plus shipping for each of these little critters, and they are adorable, even though just a toy. I have my life rolled into them, so please don’t say the high prices are high because of greed, I’m trying to survive. I’ve got the new ones that weren’t supposed to be released until January 2010. Cepia’s Jilly, Winkie, Nugget, and Scoodles, and I’m asking $50 for the latter 3 and $60 for Jilly. I’m sorry if that offends many of you, but an older woman can’t live on promises. It’s the rule of the jungle, supply and demand. I’ve never asked for anything, nor taken what isn’t mine, earned or accepted… and I find myself in an extremely rough place in life. Selling these little critters might be my last chance to have a decent Christmas. I’ve spent the last 7 Christmases alone. So if you think the price is too high, just don’t buy them… and don’t blame the seller… you don’t know their circumstances. My grandson wants a zhu zhu pet for Christmas. However I refuse to pay extortion prices for them. I understand supply and demand and the only way to get to all the resale people and companies is to not buy them for Christmas or wait until the regular stores get their deliveries and purchase them at the regular price of under $10.00. That is exactly what we are doing for our grandson. He will b e told that the elves just couldn’t make enough of them and that we told santa we would get him one for his birthday instead and to give the what he had to less fortunate children for Christmas. My grandson is almost four and he will be excited that he will still be getting one for his birthday in February and that santa still brought him other great toys for Christmas. This way we will not be supporting the extortionists. If people don’t buy from them they will be stuck with a lot of product that they will not be able to sell because all the stores will be getting a lot of shipments in right after Christmas and maybe they will think twice about trying to extort people next year. I am the mother of 3 children..All of my kiddos REALLY wanted Zhu Zhu pets for Christmas. I was FORTUNATE enough- that my children saw the commercials in early September..So I went out and bought everything I needed at the retail Walmart pice. VERY reasonable. So I consider myself lucky.
I have purchased two of the “early” releases on Ebay..But was able to find a VERY gracious seller who sold me Winkie and Jilly for only $16.50 a piece. Very reasonable as alot of stores are now selling the pets for $11.00. So for those of you still looking..Do not give up hope. ASK sellers if they are wlling to take a Best Offer..I DID..And it worked out. There are good people out there who will help out.
I REALLY cant blame people who are trying to make $$ of of this Hot item. We are living in tough times..And alot of people need to make $$ to pay the bills. But DO NOT GIVE UP HOPE. Check our stores often…And do not give up on auction websites. I found a very gracious seller who wa willing to help. You may be able to as well.
No matter what– Christmas is NOT about the toys….. Do not let this damper your holiday season. I know I may have lucked out this year..But there have been Christmas’ where I was not so fortunate..And my kids did NOT get what they asked for. BUT- I got creative-and my children had a WONDERFUL Christmas regardless.

And to be honest I do not find your opinion in the spirit of Christmas at all but maybe I am just fed up with nasty comments, yours of which is mild enough for me to actually publish. Oh, and for your information, today the 16 Dec the prices are not bad at all. Chunk is available for $18 the white zhu zhu pet which is a very good price.
I just found this site looking for Zhu Zhu accessories so I thought I’d share. Yesterday, 12/15, I received an email ad from Toys R Us that said they had Zhu Zhu pets arriving daily. I went over this afternoon (not even at store opening)and was able to buy a hamster for my daughter for only $7.99. They were keeping them behind the customer service desk to limit purchase to 1 per household which I really appreciated. I was able to get a tan one and they also had a bunch of white – sorry I don’t know anything about these except that my five year old has been asking. The clerk said they are putting them out every day so if anyone is still looking you might want to give a call to your local Toy R Us.
I would never pay the mark up prices being charged by people crummy enough to clear the shelves and profit on Christmas, but $7.99 to see my daughter smile Christmas morning was money well spent. Hope anyone else looking is able to find them there.

I live in Michigan and have been searching for the pets since October, for my daughters birthday. I have been pretty lucky and have gotten all for, and quite a few accessories. Most of the stores here in Michigan such as Toys r us and Target are limiting the purchase to only 1 pet per customer and 2 accessories. It is nice to see some stores doing this but in the hard times we r having, i think it is real crazy that people are trying to make money off these particular toys. GREEDY

My husband just got the 2010 — all 4 in one pack for 49.99 at Toys R US—- they were sold out of the individual ones but had some this morning- others have told me they have seen them in Toy R US at other locations but they had a big advertisement thing in the Sunday paper. Also heard the for the next 3 days starting at 7AM some Walmarts will be selling and having the hamsters (ONLY 1 PERSON)— in my area I was told the first 45 each day– guess it depends on how many they have—because if Walmart runs the sale for 3 days they have to have enough product for each of the days— I suggest calling you local walmart and seeing if thye have them then get there early on Monday— I beleive as the words spreads it will be hard—- some of the 3rd person dealers are coming down on prices as compared to about 1 month ago— I told my 5 year old daugther that it is a popular toy and if she did not get in for Christmas we would look for one after because lots of other children are wanting one too and there are only so many—- I did get them today but was not sure— also TY makes a very cute stuffed mini hamster that I got for her yesterday and she loved it

BEFORE you read any further! Check Toyrus and Etoys sites! TRU has been constantly replenishing their online stock today and etoys currently has the four original hamsters for 9.99. Today is the last full day to get it before Christmas using standard shipping according to the Toysrus site. Just keep refreshing the page every few minutes.
Ok. So here’s the deal. These hamsters are crazy popular this Christmas. The store shelves are usually empty and yes, I personally think the resellers (especially so in certain areas) only add to this problem. I have come to expect Amazon to be a bit higher priced than toysrus and toysrus to be more expensive than Target and Walmart. I don’t mind paying a few extra dollars to not have to around looking for something when I’m too busy or not in the mood to shop-HOWEVER, I do think that the price for these particular items is outrageous. Come on, sixty bucks for a crappy toy hamster? That is so not worth it to me. I have gotten every single zhu zhu item (including the four new ones, patches, and the boat dock) for normal retail prices. I have used a combination of: stopping at every walmart, target, and toysrus on my way to work in the ten cities I have to travel to (I realize that this is not an option for most people- but since I did not go out of my way I’d figured I’d mention it, and honestly this wasn’t my most fruitful method), using an online in stock tracker (I used zoolert but I’m guessing most of them work the same- again this was only a bit helpful for me since I only used it during the most zhu zhu parched time period but I did score two accessories I needed with it), and just plain checking the Toysrus website all the time. I have an iPhone so I could even check on the go. Checking the Toysrus site a lot was the most fruitful endeavour in my opinion. This weekend in particular has been crazy- they have been constantly adding
You could get them at Walmart for eight dollars individually or at cvs pharmacy for 9.99.Just to warn you before you go to cvs that they don’t sell the accessories. Toys r us sells them for a higher price. amazon is outrageous. For just one hamster they sell them for $ 17. Most on ebay sell for 60 dollars. I suggest that if you can get your hands on some keep them.

I saw a comment by Tracy, just wanted to let you know if you have not found a zhu zhu hamster yet, Walmart is getting them thru tomorrow I think. They start at 7 am, but get there early to get a ticket. Good Luck! Also, right now K mart has them online to ship, and its only 10.99 before shipping. Hope this helps! My daughters want these things too, but I am waiting until after christmas. I explained to them and they understand. I told them santa didn’t make enough, because he didn’t think all the kids would want one!
CVS does sell accessories. They actually had the really new stuff that supposedly wasn’t coming out until next year. I bought the red sports car, the blue woody wagon, and the hamster baby stuff day before yesterday at my local CVS. I live in a rural area so if my closest CVS had them then all the others should too. They also had the four new hamsters (jilly, scoodles, etc), and some of the other access. such as the skateboard, ball, funhouse etc. All of it was reasonable. Hamsters 9.99, and the accessories varied but were the same or less than Toysrus, except the funhouse which I think was 24.99. Hope this is helpful.
Everyone will be very pleased to know that as of today (Christmas Eve), the prices for the Zhu Zhu pets has dropped drastically so now is a great time to buy them. Hopefully the prices will stay low in to the new year as well. The Zhu Zhu Babies are gettign very popular already as well.
My little sister is in LOVE with the little pets I like them too but I told my mom I what to get some so I can play with them my to play with my little sister too–And so yeah—I LOVE THEM TOO it is weird but ha ha ha ha

you all make me laugh! the prices are high because you all made such an issue over these toys!
also if you can’t or won’t pay the asking price then you should be firm with your child(ren)! tell them that they should ask for something cheaper OR wait!
and finally… if you cannot afford a much wanted gift for your child/loved one then maybe you shouldn’t of had childen until you were in a financial situation where you can afford to buy the hamsters ect!

I absolutely love my Hamster, Pipsqueak. He is the best one of them all and he is so cute. I am looking into buying him some things because i only have him. i got him for Christmas. i was so happy. this is a great to. Wo!

Look its alright for you, you probz have a load of money and can easily afford them but for parents who just wanna make there kidz happy on xmas day maybe they dont wanna be firm with them cozz its a special day they deserve to have what they want if they have been good all year.

so i think you are being childish and selfish just because someone isnt rich or has lots of money doesnt mean that they shouldnt have children, children are meant to bring joy and happiness and as long as theres food on the table and clothes on their back then no matter what they will be greatfull for that.
